Security Gateway

We take security very serious, our security gateway handles all the authorization requirements from api access to  multi factor, encryption, IP, location , work time and behavior based access can be configured to ensure security compliance.

We are authentication agnostic, we already have integration with all major Oauth providers (Office 365, GSuite, Cognito, Salesforce). But authentication can be extended using pluggable modules for your custom authentication methods.

Security gateway is an application on itself and also allows the customers to configure and audit access to their own resources resources, it includes setting roles, groups and access restrictions. In front of our authorisation modules it’s a WAF that blocks all major known attacks, it dynamically updates compromised ip blocks and controls throughput and brute force attacks.

Banco Comafi

Banco Comafi is a commercial bank of private Argentine capital. It has its headquarters in the City of Buenos Aires and has 65 branches distributed all over the country.

As a commercial bank, it operates in all sectors: individuals, sme, corporate, foreign trade, investment, trading, private banking and fiduciary business.

We started automating the adquiring process. This service requires an interaction between different areas (Branch Officers, Marketers, Credit Cards, Risks, Frauds) and communication with external companies and card processors mediators.

The Challenge: Renew and innovate the processes through the Digital Transformation with an architecture capable of:

  • Replicate to different processes: the implemented architecture must be reusable for different business processes with minimum changes and efforts.

Trenes Argentinos

Trenes Argentinos is a trains service operator. They require the registration and follow up of train operators periodic health checks. As a company focused on security and due to local regulations, train operators require psychophysical exams including drugs and alcohol usage, diseases and temporal/spatial testing.

It includes biometric authentication (using facial recognition) employee and doctor certification and digital signatures.

We use AWS Rekognition to identify the employee and a proper tracking and known-based information share to allow the different involved areas to use the information in a proper way (a non ok health check blocks the train operators license during a period , but the result are not shared with non medical areas).

Outcomes and Achievements.

Our client received a positive impact in a short development time and with minimum upfront investment, among the benefits obtained were:

Integration of the management of procedures in a single platform. Reduction of paperwork. Increase in the efficiency of HR personnel to manage employee requests because they now have an established process to which they must adhere and follow. Previously, information was stored in folders, making a simple search process a complex task that could lead to unwanted or inconsistent results. Reduction in the time of the staff in their tasks of approval or rejection of requests.

HCC is a leading company in the Labor Medicine Service with more than 15 years of experience in the professional field. Their goal is to become the ideal tool to resolve licensing situations that arise in the dynamics of Human Resources.

Our client has placed special emphasis on developing a management platform that facilitates communication between the parties involved with the consequent saving of time and effort.

There are 2 types of procedures at this time: requests for vacation licenses and medical licenses and subsequently after the procedure are started the corresponding tasks are generated for the corresponding actors to complete them.

Features:

  • Different types of procedures can be managed: Orders for Medical licenses, Holidays, Paternity / Maternity, as well as order of documents to employees, etc.
  • The login is configured for each client depending on their requirements, at this moment Cognito is being used with username and password
  • We have a generic worktray that shows the content depending on the role of the users where their procedures and tasks are displayed.
  • The Roles are defined by the client.
  • The procedures go through an evaluation / audit process for approval / rejection.
  • The information can be analyzed in a Dashboard and the users with the corresponding roles can access it
